Managing Director at Multinational Technologies Limited (MTL)

Task/Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s business strategy and stakeholder’s interest.
• Ensure that proper business strategies and policies are adopted to reflect changes in the environment.
• Provide leadership and clear direction in business development, finance and administration to ensure market share growth and cost control and profitability.
• Ensure adequacy of the company’s corporate planning and development efforts to achieve organizational goals.
• Establish and gain an in-depth technical and commercial understanding of client needs and preferences in the products and services areas.
• Identify investment opportunities and profitable ventures for the company especially in the oil and gas industry.
• Provide direction and necessary support for research and development.
• Determine the critical measures of performance to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
• Motivate staff to have a ‘One team’ mindset to drive business growth through exemplary management.

Qualification and Experience

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Science, Law or Social Science plus relevant cognate/professional qualifications.
• An MBA or Master's Degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Must have at least 12 years cognate experience in oil and gas industry, 5 of which must have been at Senior Management level.
