Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 12 years’ experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Designing overall company- wide strategy for growth and sustainability
• Planning, Coordinating and managing all Business activities to achieve the corporate strategy.
• Providing direct management of key functional managers within the TBESL Team.
• Evaluating Departmental and Company performance and devising plans for improvement.
• Developing and implementing company-wide policies and performance standards.
