Requirements
Expectations from Ideal Candidates:

• Maintain personal Diaries and schedule appointments for the Operations Manager.
• File and maintain records, collect, sort, distribute mail, messages, or courier deliveries on for the department.
• Perform administrative and finance support tasks.
• Originate the procurement process for and any other process required for the smooth functioning of the Department.

Education:

• Minimum of a first degree in any related discipline

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, Excellent customer service and information management

Skills/Experience:

• Good knowledge of secretarial, administrative and clerical procedures, knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar position.
