Responsibilities
As a Frontend Web Developer at FPG, you are expected to:

• Develop interfaces for web solutions that deliver on business and technology strategy
• Work with other Engineers, UX/UI, QA Analysts, and Business Owners/Analysts
• Engage with developers within and outside of the team (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.)
• Work across the entire application life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support.
• Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.
• Work with Business Analysts and UI/UX experts to build the interface with focus on usability features
• Create responsive user interfaces and experiences.
• Optimizing performance for the solutions.
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile/web technologies.
  

Requirements
Work Experience:

• Proven development experience in web design and development.
• Good knowledge of human computer interaction, web and mobile usability design principles.
• 2+ years of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular.js, React Native, React, Ajax and PHP.
• Experience working with Apache.
• Experience developing in an Agile-Scrum environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Excellent Frontend development skills is required.

Technical Competence:

• Familiar with Object Oriented design and programming skills in Objective-C, Java (J2EE/ J2ME)
• In-depth Understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and PHP
• Web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
• Development using web technologies
• Experience using social media APIs
• Using version control (e.g. SVN, Git)
