MISSIONS
Reports to the CEO, you are in charge, the identification of audiovisual content that will be part of the catalog that the company distributes and the process of audiovisual content of these acquisitions process.

POWERS

•     Search, discover, know the sub-regional market of audiovisual and develop a thorough understanding of the audiovisual market (stakeholders, reliable partners ...)
•     Identify the most reliable partners, the most interesting projects and programs already completed most relevant to the needs of the company in terms of content.
•     Explore and detect African productions to enrich the catalog of the company.
•     Develop and secure a relationship with rights holders, and conduct negotiations, to allow the company to distribute their programs and participate in the financing of projects.
•     Maintain a close relationship with his heirs and initiate negotiations to reach contractual agreements
•     Establish offers producers and ensure administrative and financial monitoring of the process

Desired Skills and Experience

•     +4 In management or business administration or business marketing and communications, sales
•     Perfectly bilingual (French and English), and strong (e) of five (5) years of satisfactory experience in a similar role with a good knowledge of the audiovisual environment.
•     Dynamic, methodical, with an analytical mind you demonstrate an editorial oral fluency and flawless. With (e) a great capacity for adaptation, opening and trading spirit you are result oriented and show great skill in planning
