Job Purpose Statement:
IT support executive monitors and maintains the entire computer system and network infrastructure. Also responsible for configuration, diagnoses and repairs on all computer systems. Key Accountabilities:
Configuration and installation of Network infrastructure, computer hardware and software.
Ensuring the smooth operation and up time of the HQ and all owned shops.
Monitoring and enforcing computer and Network use policy.
Main Contacts: Internal External ISP Line manager Network contractors Maintenance Radio installation vendors Finance, customer care Hardware suppliers DSTV installers Limits of Financial Authority ( If Applicable): No discretionary expenditure. All outlay must be authorized and approved by line manager and the board.
Required Qualifications / Experience: A degree in computing or related courses, at least two years experience in Technical/IT support roles.
