Job summary:

The job holder will be responsible for all aspects of network administration including servers, computer systems, communication hardware/software, computer security and compliance; be responsible for the development and maintenance of updates on security patches and audit logs on operating systems. The successful candidate will also support the Network Administrator in developing and testing data recovery procedures for servers as well as ensuring security of the organisation’s IT infrastructure, and ensure operational excellence by:

• Liaising with external solution providers to ensure that Mouka remains at the cutting edge of IT developments
• Supporting the development of specific improvement plans and provide regular status reports regarding progress of plan implementation
• Maintaining the inter/intranet and ensure minimal down time
• Supporting server, network and computer hardware
• Preparing and scheduling routine maintenance of computer infrastructures
• Preparing and analyzing logs from servers amongst other assigned tasks

Education & Experience:

• First degree or equivalent in Computer Science or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a structured IT environment
• Certificate in CISCO or MICROSOFT Network Administration.
