Responsibilities
The broad roles for this position are:

• Responsible for planning and directing the organization's strategic and long-term goals.
• Conducts organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
• Keeping up to date on local and international industry trends
• Putting in place necessary measures to increase client base.

Candidate Requirements/Qualifications

• A graduate with a minimum of second class Upper Degree in any Social Sciences discipline.
• Requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in the related area.
• Basic skills in Microsoft office tools (word, Excel and PowerPoint )
• Knowledge of business planning and financial performance measures.
