Job Summary

To execute and supervise the installation of Mechanical equipment in LNG regasification stations.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation of LNG storage tanks and other equipment like truck offloading pump, vaporisers, pressure regulating and metering skids
• Welding of carbon steel, stainless steel pipe, NDT radiography and pneumatic pressure test, insulation
•   Implementing , installing fire fighting system at the site
• Coordination and supervision of contractors work in terms of quality , speed and safety
•   Follow up with the client about work in their scope
• Reporting the site progress to superiors
• Maintenance of rotary equipment like LNG cryogenic pumps, utility Instrument air compressor, static mechanical equipment like LNG cryogenic storage tank,  LNG pipe lines, insulation, measurement of vacuum for LNG tanks, Vacuum generation for LNG tanks using vacuum pumps, maintenance of vacuum pump.
• To follow maintenance plan and maintenance procedures.
• Application of Engineering standards and codes for the installation.

Requirements

• HND/ OND in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years relevant experience
