Job Summary

To execute and manage the installation and commissioning  of Mechanical equipment in LNG regasification stations.

Job Responsibilities

•  Installation of LNG storage tanks and other equipment like truck offloading pump, vaporisers, pressure regulating and metering skids
• Welding of carbon steel, stainless steel pipe, NDT radiography and pneumatic pressure test, insulation
• Maintenance of rotary equipment like LNG cryogenic pumps, utility Instrument air compressor, static mechanical equipment like LNG cryogenic storage tank,  LNG pipe lines, insulation, measurement of vacuum for LNG tanks, Vacuum generation for LNG tanks using vacuum pumps, maintenance of vacuum pump.
• Condition monitoring and root cause analysis of rotary equipment to improve equipment reliability.
• Preparation of maintenance plan and maintenance procedures.
• Ensuring the availability of spare parts and follow up with procurement.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years Relevant experience
