Summary

• IT Technical Support Officer monitors and maintain the computer systems, software and networks of an organization.
• He/she installs and configure computer systems, diagnosed hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.

Responsibilities

• He will mainly be responsible for the smooth running of computer systems/applications and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.

Qualifications

• Graduate/HND or foundation degree in relevant course.
• In-depth knowledge and certification of the programs and applications such as Microsoft, Linux and Cisco technologies are added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience.
