    Sales Account Manager

    Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
     
    Location: Lekki, Lagos
     
    The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.  

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a portfolio of accounts
    • Develop/Maintain positive relationship with clients(Old & New)
    • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience as a Sales Manager
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
    • Industry: Information Technology and Services
