IT Infrastructure Support Officer

Qualifications and Experience
- A good first degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline. MCP, MCSE or CCNA required.
The ideal candidate with not less than 5 years of cognate experience must:
- Be able to install, configure and administer computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Be able to Investigate, diagnose, capable of solving computer software and hardware issues.
- Be a first/second level user support on general IT issues.
- Be proficient in managing Active Directory 2012/Exchange 2013
- Be proficient in patch management.
- Be good in LAN/WLAN deployment/troubleshoot.
- Be good in planning scheduled maintenance and upgrade of systems.
Age:
- Not more than 30 years.
