Criteria
We are looking for a business development manager to support our fast-growing bio-based chemicals production operation. The ideal candidate must meet all of the following criteria:

• Have at least Seven (7) years of cumulative experience in senior leadership roles in Technology or Industrial-based business operations.
• Have a strong fouundation in engineering or the sciences (preferably in combination with some business or administrative training).
• Have demonstrable experience developing and deploying industrial business operations.
• Be able to demonstrate ability to grow sales and expand business operations.
• Be able to lead and motivate teams of technical professionals.
• Be able to demonstrate intellectual curiousity, with a personal commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
• Be able and available to relocate to Umuahia, Abia State.
