Lead Chemical Process Engineer at Aquada Development Corporation

Summary

• We are looking for a Chemical Engineer to join our growing bio-based chemicals refining and distillation operation.

Requirements

• Have at least five (5) years experience managing or leading an industrial chemical process.
• Have excellent training in chemical engineering, industrial chemistry or industrial microbiology.
• Have at least TWO (2) years of experience with fermentation, distillation or related operations. (We will consider school projects or thesis projects to count as part of this requirement).
• Be able to demonstrate first-hand understanding of distillation and process operations.
• Be able to write and document process operations very well.
• Be able to demonstrate clear leadership abilities.
• Be able and available to relocate to Umuahia, Abia State.

ANY of the following will be considered advantageous:

• Prior experience working in ethanol production or similar process operations.
• Prior experience managing a chemical or industrial process.
• Prior experience designing or developing fermentation and/or distillation processes.
• Facility with process modeling and simulation software.
