HVAC Supervisor at Alpha Mead Facilities & Management Services (AMFacilities)

Summary Job Description

• Responsible for implementation of Periodic Maintenance of all Ventilation Air-Condition installation and equipment (these includes but not limited to split, window, packaged, cassette/ceiling, chiller,etc.)
• Carry out corrective maintenance or repair of HVAC installation and equipment to standard especially latest edition of International Building Code and acceptable functional state
• Intervene in any important and urgent issues as required
• Keep and update records of any maintenance carried out on HVAC installation and equipment
• Laisse and analyze each job assignment and follow-up /consult line-head to ensure material are available
• Complete work orders inclusive of an inventory of labor and materials needed for each job
• Arrange for the proper disposition and follow up/report the status of all reports until completion
• Support the line-head in performing the required work for all types of repair and maintenance
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the line-head

Required Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, C&G IVQ level 3 or Trade-test I, II & III/NTC, NABTEB, WAEC Technical or any other relevant qualification

Work Experience:

• 3 years post certificate experience in any mention in item 2 above or 5 years working experience in HVAC installation and maintenance practices, especially working with FM firm.

Other Requirements:

• Good hands on experience on installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good documentation skills (i.e reports, hand-over duty note)
• Good trouble shooting (defect identification and rectification
• Good knowledge of HSE (Toolbox Talk, JHA, Risk assessment)
• Customer service orientation
