Job Purpose Statement:

The successful candidate will be part of a growing team and will report directly in to the Managing Director and be responsible for managing the end to end project delivery process..

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee the planning and tracking of project streams and specified deliverables, including managing/updating detailed work plan, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete projects.
• Operate alongside Business and Product owners as well as various other stakeholders in order to create detailed functional specification documents.
• Work alongside other units / departments while ensuring all necessary steps are followed, time lines are met and risks are identified and managed accordingly.
• Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders involved in each particular project
• Ensure the timely delivery of prioritized projects.
• Monitored project cost to avoid budget overrun
• Tracked of Project deliverables throughout the implementation of the project.
• Monitored the status of agreements and contracts, reported variations or discrepancies to the management.
• Monitored and providing project achievement
• Managed integration of payment channels(Interswitch, and banks such as GTB , Skye, Zenith Access, UBA , FCMB, Heritage,Wema, Union, Diamond, First Bank
• Reviewed all project documents and ensure quality is achieved
• Managed project human and material resources
• Coordinated meetings to ensure all stakeholders are provided with relevant updates on the project
• Responsible for end-to-end effective, timely and profitable implementation of all assigned products and projects.
• Generate and present weekly, monthly reports of all support activities, channel activities and implementation projects for both local and group wide use.
• Plan and manage projects from brief, through budgeting, planning and delivery.
• Provide strategic and operational directions for product implementation by reviewing quarterly project work plans and proposing corrective actions, as necessary and summarize all reports/plans from the various implementing partners.
• Manage stakeholder meetings and working group activities, discussions, and priorities.
• Coordinate progress with consultants and external teams to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality. • At least five years’ experience managing Development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business discipline.
• Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent understanding of business technology.
• Good communication skills with stakeholders of all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Fluency in English (written/speaking/reading) is essential.
