Job Description

• Overseeing assigned technical aspects of the organization

• Check for viability of batteries, inverters and other electrical components that are used in clients homes, pre-installation, during installation and post installation
• Perform acceptance test for clients at the end of each visit

• Managing all installation aspects of the organization

• Pre- installation
• Installation
• Post- installation

• Serve existing accounts by responding to service, warranty or maintenance calls

• Planning routine maintenance
• Responding to, investigating and resolving clients complaints

• Keep equipment (personal assigned equipment, company and clients) operating, well maintained and also an up to date inventory of the equipment

• Troubleshooting all breakdowns

• Perform preventive maintenance
• Repair faulty inverters

• Maintain excellent rapport with customers by examining their complains

• Identifying Solutions and recommending system improvements
• Suggest improve methods, techniques and technology

• Document service and installation actions by completing reports, inventories and field log
• Be an advocate for the company, drive the organization mission by meeting set goals and performance standard
