    Business Development Manager

    Job Description
    The purpose of this position is to deliver sales results and growth of sales force through his/her team by clearly defined expectations, consistent measurement, feedback and coaching. S/he has to develop relationships with our independent beauty consultants and be a role model in the field work.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Driving, follow up and monitoring Sales Force and leadership development
    • Regular (daily, weekly, monthly) target setting, analysis and monitoring of sales results and sales KPIs
    • Developing and implementing necessary plans for achieving company targets
    • Undertaking motivational activities in order to maintain high level of engagement of Leaders in the market (recognizing best results, sharing best practices)
    • Control and verification of the designated group of Leaders for close cooperation with Area Sales Managers (assigned 15-20).
    • Monitoring competition activities on the market
    • Together with the Managing Director, formulate strategies to  grow within the current operation & reach out to the unexplored market segments for business expansion
    • Regular trainings and competence development of the team members through visits in the field, coaching and dedicated trainings
    • Managing Sales Team – succession planning, recruitment and onboarding
    • Participation in sales meetings conducted by Area Sales Managers and Leaders (individual and group)
    • Organization, setting up the agenda and overall responsibility for the rundown of all Sales events. Cooperation with marketing coordinator on technical event organizational tasks.
    • Participation in sales projects agreed with the Managing Director and other members of the Management team
    • Building positive relations with other departments, exchanging knowledge and experience, transferring information from the field
    • Participation in planning and execution of conferences.

    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    • A strong and charismatic person - Someone who knows how to set smart and proper goals for team members and monitor the results. A person who knows how to motivate team members and develop them through everyday feedback and individual coaching. A person who will be able to empower, inspire and maximize the potential of Area Sales Managers
    • A charismatic and convincing communicator orally and in writing, a polished public-speaker who relates well to the audience
    • A successful salesperson and negotiator who is able to persuade others to "buy" ideas or products
    • A person who can create, develop and conduct trainings
    • Someone who seeks excellence and challenge, consistently achieving even more difficult targets and who is personally ambitious
    • Someone who is quick and accurate at handling numbers, has relevant data at their fingertips and who understands reports and can take proper decisions and make plans based on that
    • Someone who is self-confident and can work independently, developing their own point of view and unafraid to express a divergent opinion
    • A quick and effective problem-solver, capable of handling complexity, an objective analyst who can also use intuition.
    • A structured operator and a good planner, who can successfully identify and organize relevant resources and is a good time-manager

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • At least 8 years of sales experience within Multi Level Marketing industry, FMCG or B2B with minimum of 3 years in people management position
    • Must speak very good English
    • Should have very good knowledge of Power Point & Excel
    • Must have a driving license, category B
