    Finance/Admin Officer

    Details:

    Job location: Ikeja

    Our client, a leading advertising media company located in Lagos is currently seeking to recruit a Finance/Admin Officer.

    Job requirements

    • Invoicing of contract orders.
    • Reconciliation of clients’ accounts.
    • Updating of debtors’ and creditors ledger, AAE ledger, loan ledger, local government ledger.
    • Updating bank accounts books.
    • Preparing payroll and issuance of pay slip.
    • Ensuring that members of staff fill the expense book before the payment of each month’s salary
    • Updating of weekly bank balance.
    • Reconciliation of clients’ accounts.
    • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
    • Preparation of monthly Income & Expenditure Report.
    • Remittance of taxes - VAT/WHT/PAYE.
    • Supporting external auditors by staying updated on all of the financial activities and ensuring finances are in order.
    • Creating a budget plan that can be implemented to keep finances in order.
    • Staying updated on all changes made regarding the laws associated with businesses and individuals that revolve around finances.
    • Preparation of annual financial statements and tax liabilities.
    • Keeping track of expiration of official vehicle papers and expediting actions on their renewals
    • Performing human resources functions such as employee handbooks, hiring for specified positions, disciplining, assigning responsibilities and performance evaluations.
    • Preparing weekly reports for the CEO.
    • Coordinating weekly Management meetings.

    Minimum Qualification

    • Bsc/HND in accounting, business administration or any other related field
    • 1-2years experience in similar role
    • Must reside within Ikeja axis
    • Age limit: 22-30years
