Job Description

• Develop new markets for the products
• Collection and delivery of product samples to new and existing customers.
• Liaise with the laboratory for the developments of customers samples.
• Coach, train, counsel sales representatives.
• Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers as regards the products
• Assist sales staff in achieving sales targets.
• Manage different departments in the store.
• Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
• Submission of product sample documents with customers
• Banking activities related to deposit of cheques from customers
• Data Entry to the sales portal.
• Follow-up with customer samples collection
• Expand existing customer's base
