Job Description

• To build, develop and deploy custom SharePoint solutions.
• The role will be mainly customer facing with ownership of the requirements gathering through to development & delivery of the project.

Major Responsibilities Include:

• The SharePoint developer will be involved in designing & implementing solutions through which our clients generate optimal value for their intellectual property and knowledge-based assets.
• Develop technical requirements from business requirements
• Design and implement development workflows
• Provide unit testing for all assigned deliverables.
• Develop customized master pages and application pages.
• Develop, design and deploy intranet and web presence using SharePoint technology
• Drive solution architecture approach using SharePoint functionality
• Ensure a high-quality standard is maintained in the solution(s) developed by following coding and testing best practices.
• Mitigate migration issues as they arise during implementation.
• Work with Project Managers and other Technical Leads to provide task estimates and other required technical specifications
• Provide documentation on designs and share knowledge and best practices with other members of the technical team.
• Co-ordinate project-based work as directed.
• Perform related work as assigned

Who Are We Looking For?

• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience especially as a SharePoint Developer.
• Understanding of logical information architecture and SharePoint concepts of web application and sites collection.
• Experience in Object oriented programming.
•  Experience of working within a .Net framework and implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2007/ SharePoint 2010 / SharePoint 2013 / SharePoint 2016.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Servers.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects
• Demonstrable experience supporting and troubleshooting a SharePoint technical environment.

• Strong SharePoint WSS and MOSS Development experience
• Experience using Visual Studio 2005/2008
• Knowledge of some or all the following technologies: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, XML, T-SQL, SQL Server 2005/2008
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
• Experience with ASP.NET Development.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Web services and multi-threading.
• Experience of building and maintaining application using object-oriented methodology.
• Workflow Developments.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• KPI knowledge.
• E-management and be able to handle multiple deliverables

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree.
