Operations Executive at Sellafield Energy

The operations executive is responsible for delivering operational strategies and objectives to ensure the organization operates successfully and meets its desired goals. He or she would support the operations manager, as well as the management, and would be responsible for all office administrative duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for day to day running of the office
• Keeps and updates records of various financial transactions
• Makes requisitions and controls inventories
• Responsible for managing the entire office operations and the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.
• Responsible for the administration of the organization’s operations.
• managing the company's commercial operations and various expenses and budget.
• Other duties as may be assigned by management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Young smart graduate with a degree in accounting (BSc/HND)
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office
• Must have excellent administrative and good time management skills
• Must possess both excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a high paced environment with timely delivery of all assignment given.
