Job Description

• Implementing, supporting and maintaining robust procedures that ensure the effective operation and availability of corporate systems.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Analyzing and supporting corporate systems (servers, computers, network, active directory etc.), performing checks, updates, and backups.
• Building computers in accordance with the authorized standard images and installing approved software.
• Experience of using help desk system to monitor and manage calls into the business as well as monitor tasks
• Completing internal user desk moves.

Qualifications

• BSc or HND
• 3 - 5 years experience.
