• Identify and analyze user requirements
• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
• Develop Java EE applications
• Write well-designed, efficient code
• Review, test and debug team members’ code
• Design database architecture
• Schedule product releases with internal teams
• Document development phases
• Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date

Requirements/Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Java programming and SQL
• Excellent presentation skills
• Able to explain technical information in everyday language
• Good communication skills; effectively uses good training materials and media - utilizes interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to bring together text, images, video and audio to communicate and educate the audience on training materials
• Hands-on training style; makes learning easier for trainees
