Position Summary

• It is the responsibility of the IT Manager to see to all IT related systems within the organisation.

Job Description

• Running regular checks on network and data security.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
• Conducting regular system audits.
• Determining and overseeing timelines for major system upgrades.
• Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation.
• Troubleshoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems.
• Performs other job-related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

Required Competencies/Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: BSc/HND in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Professional Experience: Five (5) years working experience in a similar IT Manager role.
• Communication Skills: Must be sound in both verbal and written communication.
• Innovativeness and Drive: Must be innovative and have the ability to generate and act on new ideas.
• Problem Solving Skills: Must be apt and ready to resolve bottlenecks in a timely and professional manner.
