The Job

• The Manager is the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the day-to-day running of the Company and reports directly to the Board of Directors. The Manager will be charged with the main mandate of designing and implementing strategic and sustainable business plan to improve the company.

Candidate must possessthe following qualities:

• Proven track record of success in facilitating progressive organizational change and development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven record of managerial capabilities including experiences in business management, financial, organisational development and team leadership.
• Demonstrate competence in developing and implementing strategic initiative, policies and procedures for business development.

Requirements
Applicant is required to possess:

• B.Sc or HND in Business Management/Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Environmental or Social Sciences.
• A relevant post-graduate degree/diploma would be an added advantage.
• Computer knowledge/application and membership of relevant professional bodies are mandatory.
• Minimum of Ten (10) years cognate working experience of which Three (3) years must be at Senior Management position in a foremost contemporary Consultancy Service outfit or any successful commercial venture.
• Must not be above 50 years of age as at January, 2019.
• Demonstrate the ability and initiative to establish contact with government and non-governmental organizations in sourcing business for the company.

Conditions of Service

• The position is a performance based Four (4) year tenure in the first instance and may be renewed for a second and final term on satisfactory performance.
• The remuneration and conditions of service are attractive and negotiable.
