Candidate’s Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Control the inflow of materials with proper record using the standard inventory record system.
• Master the process and regulations of inventory counting and verification.
• Finish material supply plan independently and monitor material verification on a daily basis, keeping record, analyze data using various chart fro report actualization.
• Manage inventory well without accruing any shortage.
• Candidate should be able to identify different model of phones with their various codes.
• Candidate should be able to execute various excel formulas such as Vlook Up, Hlook Up, IF function, Pivot, Chart, Sort etc.

Experience and Qualifications Required for the role

• At least 1-5 year’s work experience.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or above.
• Professional certificates in related field is an added advantage
• Familiarity with different mobile phone models and their prices
• Familiar with procedure on basic verification and warehouse operations.

Candidate’s Required Competencies and Attributes

• Male candidate preferred
• Preferred candidate would be between the ages of 24-30 years.
• Proficiency in MS Office – MS Excel (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot, IF Function Etc.)
• Good communication skill
• Strong attention to details
• Hardworking and motivated
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Team player
• Excellent time management abilities
• Good analyzing skills and numerical/mathematical skills.
