Our client, an FMCG conglomerate with products in power generation, mining and agri-business requires the services of qualified young person to fill the position of Compliance Manager.

Qualification

BSc in any related field.

Experience

Mininum of 8years experience
- Proven experience as Compliance Manager in management consulting industry is a MUST
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Description
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
- Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
- Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards
- File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies
- Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
- Covering compliance in all areas finance to labour to tax to fax
- Verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated
- Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews
