Job Description

• Secures premises, patient and staffs by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry, stop patients from escaping.
• Responsible for visitors register
• Responsible for fueling the Generator
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
• Controls traffic by directing drivers.
• Periodic Patrolling of the premises.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Search all patient at the point of entering the facility.
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements (Generator and other equipment)
• Assist the clinicians in restraining violent patient when necessary.
• Call for help when unusual activities are noticed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• Must reside in Awka
• Candidates should possess minimum of an OND/HND.
• 2-3 years work experience as a security officer
• Good Customer Relations
• Friendly disposition
• Smart
• Mentally and Physically fit.
