Roles

• Functioning as a member of the senior management team, responsible for instituting systems that provide effective internal management.
• Has direct responsibility for managing and providing strategic leadership and oversight to assigned departments (Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, IT, and HR) and participates in the general management of the company in close support of the President.
• The accountability of this position is to drive customer satisfaction while maintaining a reasonable cost structure.
• The COO is responsible for ensuring compliance with governmental, ISO, and management expectations. Assures protection for the assets of the business through internal control, internal auditing and assuring proper insurance coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Related field.Must have Master’s degree in business (MBA) or related field. Professional qualification is an added advantage.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 10-15 years ofstrong operational experience in the same or related capacity. 
• At least 10 years in a senior management role is preferred.‍
