    Sales Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Increase sales volume by building a statewide network of distributors.
    • Set, monitor and achieve targets, performance plans and conduct reviews for sales representatives.
    • Recruit and train new capable sales representatives
    • Devise strategies to motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
    • Resolve customer complaints as regarding sales and services
    • Devise strtategies to acquire new customers
    • Monitor competition, economic indicators and industry trends affecting the business, planning and implementing strategies to succeed.
    • Oversee sales growth of 100% in 2 years.

    REQUIREMENT:

    • BSc. / HND in businedd or related field ( previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus )
    • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
    • Experience in customer relationship management.
    • Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Dedicatiojn to providing a great customer service.
    • Ability to lead a sale team.

    AGE:

    30 - 40 years
