A leading HR consulting firm is looking to hire a RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION’S LEAD. This is a mid-level position responsible for establishing the organisation as a clear thought leader in the Human Resource Management space by creating compelling and insightful publications for consumption by high-level executives.

Required:

• A passion for Human Resource Management with a background in research or writing
• Previous experience producing webinars and white papers is also a plus
• Experience of scoping, designing and delivering evaluation research, including identifying, developing and testing appropriate tools and reporting methods. 
• A sound understanding of statistics and extensive experience of conducting statistical analysis using an appropriate statistical package e.g. SPSS
• Effective synthesis and communication of research insights
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in various types of research engagements, potentially including: Thought leadership, brand or message testing, corporate reputation, measurement, brand positioning
