Duties/Responsibilities

• Safety of the boat on and off the water
• Launching
• Steering to achieve a course change.
• Landing

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience holding a boat coxswain or captain qualification.
• Qualified to operate a forklift
• NIMASA – Rating forming part of Navigational watch certificate
• BOSIET/HUET Certificate
• STCW Certificate
• Helideck Assistant (HDA) - OPITO
• Lifting and slinging certificate
• Transportation of dangerous goods
