Sales Executive at Cumbrian Consulting

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Sell the company's products, goods and services to customers.
• Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
• "Cold calling" for new customers even while in the office/store, as well as visiting/calling existing customers with offers of more products.
• Managing the content of the company's Online presence/stores -company website, konga and jumia stores.
• Promoting products through social medial amongst others.
• Reacting to any changes in customers demand.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers while seeking new ones.
• Getting feedback from customers.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Secondary school diploma with a minimum of C4 grades in English and Mathematics (Testing Required).

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales / Marketing.
• Must be computer literate ( Micro-soft word and Excel )
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership aptitude

AGE:

22-28 ( Must be Female)
