Responsibilities

• Schedule and invite client to come to the office via email, phone calls, and SMS.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Requirements

• Must work weekend and Night shift
• Must be computer literate
• Must reside around Lekki Axis
• Must be fluent in English.
