Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring corporate compliance with legal and regulatory matters.
Requirements
LL.B and any higher Degree or certification with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Degree.
2-3 years post call working experience in a reputable organization or law firm
Excellent knowledge of Commercial and Company law practice
Proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Word is essential.
Should be able to work with minimal supervision
Must be goal oriented and self-motivated
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
Must possess a deep understanding of corporate law transactions and other legal matters.
Handle Legal documentation and information retrieval management, agreements: Including taking minutes.
Carry out effective and efficient advisory roles on legal matter by providing adequate communication and compliance with statutory provisions as well as the maintenance and custody of the company’s statutory books.
