A leading energy distribution services company, is recruiting a team lead to head up and support its metering roll-out operations. He/She manages all aspects of day to day field operations of the business, practice and service developments including the setting and implementation of a scaleable operational strategy to ensure maximum growth and profitability, in line with the wider organizational growth and expansion strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bsc – Electrical Engineering, combined with a master’s Degree in Business or related discipline
• 10-15 years of experience in the Power Sector (Transmission and Distribution, Utilities, etc.), specifically in the areas of: Revenue Protection, Metering Systems, Collections and collections and sales
• You must possess a highly analytical mind-set, an eye for detail and a keen desire to innovate and work towards continuous improvement
• Expert in Installing Metering Systems & Solutions, specifically installations on the pole above the electricity line
• Leader with an innate ability to inspire and develop people
• An accomplished communicator with good verbal, written and presentation skills.
