Requirements & Attributes:
- Minimum of 1year experience as a call centre agent. (experience in HMO,Telecoms and Banking will be fantastic)
- Registered nurses with HMO call centre experience are encouraged to apply
- Ability to speak English fluently and at least 1 Nigerian native language
- Skilled communicator
- Collaborative
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
