    Case Managers

    Requirements & Attributes:

    • Minimum of 1year experience as a call centre agent. (experience in HMO,Telecoms and Banking will be fantastic)
    • Registered nurses with HMO call centre experience are encouraged to apply
    • Ability to speak English fluently and at least 1 Nigerian native language
    • Skilled communicator
    • Collaborative
    • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
