Regional Sales Manager at Perfetti Van Melle

Our Company is seeking to hire Regional Sales Managers who will be responsible for running the business and managing sales operations in any assigned regions.

The incumbent will work closely with the Sales Director to ensure zero gaps in the number of required distributors & distribution infrastructure.

The incumbent will be responsible for the top-line results of the region (Volume & value).

Qualification and Experience Required

• A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with a minimum of 7 years’ experience gained across Sales/Consumer/Trade marketing. Previous experience of field sales or other customer-facing roles in FMCG is critical.
• Previous experience of coaching /leading others and getting results through teams as well as good commercial understanding, strong numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy are important.
• Previous experience of working with other parts of sales and/or other functions is particularly valuable.
