Regional Sales Manager at Estrada International Staffing Solutions

Job summary

Our client a word class distribution company requires the services of experienced Regional sales Managers who will be responsible in leading the commercial operation of a designated territory within a region as well as increase revenue in the company.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate reports to the Region Operations Manager and expected but not limited to;
• Drive the flawless execution of the sales plan for the territory as agreed with the ROM.
• Oversee the execution and tracking of marketing activities in the territory.
• Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with all dealers in the territory.
• Monitor dealers’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the dealers reach their monthly targets.

Qualifications/Competencies

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Admin or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years in Sales; preferably in the beverage industry or FMCG
