    Personal Assistant

    Description:

    Job Description

    • Manage Personal/ Project Files
    • Processing incoming letters/mails and packages
    • Managing appointments
    • Organizing and attending meetings
    • Prepare meeting agenda and taking minutes of meeting
    • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
    • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other employees

    Skills Requirement

    • Good written and spoken communication skills
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field.
    • Ability to use your own initiative with little or no supervision
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
    • Excellent computer and administrative skills
    • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information

    Qualification: HND/BSc
    Working days: Mondays – Fridays
    Working hours: 8am- 5pm
    Job Location: Ikeja
