Willers Solutions Limited - Our client, a renewable Power firm located at Ikoyi, Lagos, is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Function and Descriptions
Candidates must be able to perform these 3 basic functions:

Strategic Planning:

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily operations of all the company’s operating units
• Develop and maintain an appropriate organizational structure that supports the needs of the company’s business
• Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in the IT and operational system, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing and in-house development.

Operational Management:

• Ensure the continuous delivery of services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of systems performance
• Ensure system operations adhere to applicable law and regulations
• Keep current with trends and issues in the IT and power industry, including current technologies and prices. Advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact
• Promote and oversee strategic relationships between all internal resources and external entities

Acquisition and Deployment:

• Co-ordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementation.
• Approve, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development and installation of all-round systems.
• Define and communicate corporate plans, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing and operating the company’s systems

Job Requiremnts

• A minimum of B.Sc / its equivalent in Business Management or any related course.
• Candidates must posses a Min of 5 years as a SENIOR OPERATING Officer in a reputable firm.
• Candidate must be able to maintain control of divers business operations by securing the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
