• To assist the Managing Director with his calendar, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
• Preparing agendas, materials and taking minutes for required meetings
•  Attending events and meetings on behalf of the Managing Director
• Staying current with local and other relevant news and prioritizing news items for review of the Managing Director
• To provide for day-to-day general administration of the organization
•  Any other such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by any of the company’s senior executives which shall not be considered inconsistent with a position of this nature.
• Perform routine administrative-type tasks
• Assist in personal tasks
• Sending out reminders
• Make purchases for the MD
• Make deliveries for the MD
• Make phone calls on behalf of the MD
• Running day to day errands for the MD
• Management of the MD’s utility bills
• Management of the MD’s imprest

Experience Required:
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Educational requirements:
University degree from a reputable university.

Essential Requirement:

• A recognised qualification in office skills such as administration,business managment,secretarial studies or any related business degree.
• Experienced in the use of computers and related devices
