Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.
Experience:
Minimum of twenty (20) years relevant post-degree work experience (includes National youth Service) in drilling engineering at a Superintendent level.
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
- Demonstrable capabilityto analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems
- Excellent organizational and coordinating skills
- Proven stakeholder-engagement skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills
