Sourcing Agent at RE/MAX Masters

Job Description

• Communicate/negotiate with landlords and developers to secure instructions
• Maintaining an up-to-date database of all properties secured
• Acquire new properties to the company portfolio
• Ensure the dispatch rider is providing leads in the form of sourcing reports
• Report directly to sales and letting manager
• Turn in daily report on field activities

Qualifications/Experience

• No qualification or experience required, should be able to communicate effectively and willing to learn.

Requirements:

• Rugged, smart and innovative individuals with proven track records
• Good communication/presentation skill (both oral/written)
• Self-driven, fast learning and agile individuals
• Ability to work in a team
• Negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Lagos Island and its environs
• Ability to drive with a valid driver's license will be an added advantage
• Ability to speak more than one ethnic language will be an added advantage.
• Resident around Yaba, Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and Ajah Axis.
