Job Description

• Responsible for the maintenance of the storeroom
• Keeps track of information regarding supplies transported, stored and delivered
• Ensure that business and supply chains are right on schedule
• Plans and performs works involving ordering, receiving, inspecting and delivering supplies
• Maintains inventory of forms and checks inventory records for accuracy
• Inspect materials and product to verify their quantity and quality
• Compile reports on changes to involving production and inventory

Requirements

• Good organizational skills
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft office suites, especially MS Excel
• Minimum of two years experience
• Not more than 30 years old
