Job Description / Requirements

• Reporting to the Production Manager, the preferred candidate will be expected to co-ordinate the Production process to achieve output and efficiency targets.
• He / She must demonstrate a high level of knowledge in pharmaceutical production processes with strong people skills.
• The preferred candidate should possess a B.Pharm with minimum of 5 years’ pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.

• The preferred candidate must possess good numerical, communication and analytical skills.
• Candidate must be computer literate with working knowledge of relevant ERP, self-disciplined, methodical and thorough in approach with ability to work cordially within a team to achieve results.

Job Description

• Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the incumbent will be expected to deliver on assigned sales targets for the District.
• He / She will be expected to coordinate, drive and provide leadership for the district sales force to achieve the district sales objectives through effective supervision of Medical Sales Representatives.

Requirements

• Applicants must be Medical Representatives with a track record of performance.
• Candidates should possess a Degree in a relevant disciple with a minimum of four to five (4-5) years relevant experience in the company.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a pre-requisite.
