Responsibilities and Requirements:

•     Develop the Farm’s production schedule and co-ordinate the feeding regime to ensure production and growth efficiency, respectively.
•     Maintain records of stock and provide updates on livestock health and nutrition.
•     Manage staff that must dovetail their efforts to achieve the set production goals above.
•     Works directly with the CEO for the success of the Farm.
•     Establish risk management/disaster control processes for all aspects of the Farm.
•     Ensure that operations are complaint with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
•     Adapt the Farm’s operations to new, more efficient technologies as they develop.
•     Minimum of BSC/HND in the field of animal health or related field with 3-5 years continuous working

Responsibilities and Requirements:

•     The candidates with experience in supervisory roles in a feed manufacturing plant will be preferred.
•     The candidate should preferably have experience in procuring feed inputs or other cereal crops.
•     The candidate should also have experience in the field of animal nutrition.
•     The candidate will be responsible for overall production in the feed mill plant.
•     He will also be responsible for procuring the feed inputs and warehousing/storage of compound feed and feed ingredients.
•     Must hold a BSC/HND in the field of animal nutrition or related field with 3-5 years continuous working experience.
