• Capacity Planning, Executing and Reviewing the agreed Production Plan to meet monthly Targets
• Liaising with Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, R&D & QA to ensure smooth & continuous production
• Ensuring Efficiency of Man, Machine and Material resources as per the Targets
• Estimating Production Costs and Managing Production Budgets
• Ensuring Compliance to applicable statutory requirements
• Identifying, planning and executing initiatives/CapEx projects in the department to improve upon production, quality, safety & Cost indices
• The idea candidate must be highly experienced in the production of Spices used to add taste or flavor to foods.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Seasoning Species Production

PRODUCTION MANAGER (CASSAVA STARCH)

• Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
• Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
• Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees.
• Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.
• Analyze workforce requirements.
• Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.
• Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies.
• Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships.
• Create purchase orders for Purchasing Manager to place orders.
• BSc/HND in any University / Polytechnic in related field.
• Professional certificate in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience.

PRODUCTION MANAGER (Water)

• Analyzes work orders to estimate worker hours and create production schedules that meet both internal and external needs.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Directs and supervises activities of machine operators and forklift drivers on shift.
• Collaborates with manager of preventative maintenance to schedule activities.
• Completes reports for production numbers, down time, attendance, overtime and quality checks and submits to GM.
• Interfaces with other departments in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Trains, coaches and reviews performance of employees.
• Participates in safety team activities.
• Monitors and enforces safety requirements.
• Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Develops capital equipment justification for machine tools and process technology to improve quality, cost and cycle times.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any University / Polytechnic in related field.
• 5 years experience in the production of Bottled water.
